In its second phase, BabyBera will operate as a yield farm rooted in deposit fee structures. Yield farming mechanics are tailored to support a sustainable value for $BBBERA through single-sided staking pools and a dedicated liquidity pool (Pool 2) on CrocSwap, with emissions optimized to sustain token value. A 4.20% deposit fee on staking pools will fund ecosystem enhancements, including periodic buybacks and burns of $BBBERA from Pool 2 to help stabilize token price. NFT holders will receive yield boosts proportional to their NFTs’ rarity, enhancing the integration between NFTs and yield farming activities. A 6.9% reflexive transfer tax applies to all $BBBERA transfers, with half redistributed to token holders and half burned, fostering a self-sustaining cycle where increased trading volume supports token value.

Phase Three: Meme Coin

The final phase solidifies $BBBERA’s role as Berachain’s primary meme coin. $BBBERA’s capped supply ensures scarcity, while a halvening model gradually reduces emissions to balance yield farm rewards with a capped token supply. This approach aims to prevent the inflationary spiral commonly associated with high-reward yield farms, transitioning $BBBERA from a yield reward token to a community-driven meme coin as the emission rate tapers. By this phase, the BabyBera community will drive the token’s growth and value, propelled by the project’s artistic, musical, and “vibe-focused” ethos.

Ecosystem Mechanics

The NFT trading volume and speculative value of $BBBERA feed into a self-reinforcing loop where token demand stabilizes value, bolstered by yield boosts tied to NFT holdings.
