Chill Validation takes a technical and developmental approach to validation. Our goal is to ensure Delegators on all Cosmos chains have an ever improving experience in terms of network availability and delegator risk reduction.
Rather than “simply run programs” and claim we have “fancy computers”, Chill Validation sets out to create and improve programs within the Cosmos. We don’t only run remote signers, we make them better.
Recently, we fixed a problem which caused Ledger disconnects during transaction signing for validators and smart contract developers. This is crucial because operators who think it’s too hard to use a hardware wallet deployer may decide to use an insecure software wallet instead. Making it easy to deploy properly is important to projects and any end-user depending on the assumed security of such services.
Chill Validation contributes code to Horcrux, Cosmos-SDK, Tendermint, Tenderduty, Precrux and other monitoring dashboards. These contributions enable all validators to achieve higher uptime and security, both of which are crucial for network performance and delegator safety.
For some chains, we offer custom staking interfaces to help diversify delegations among all validators to encourage network stability. API and RPC services are also provided for select chains, especially smaller chains where coverage is lower, yet critical for user interaction.
We also provide testnet coverage to help teams verify their software operation prior to mainnet, in some cases even fixing bugs encountered during runtime.
