Double Jump is a free game accessible through the Elixir Games Launcher, where players compete with their friends in custom lobbies, or enter global token tournaments by wagering their $JUMP tokens for a chance to earn even more! The $JUMP token is issued on Sei Network, however most of the Web3 elements of Double Jump are abstracted, making it easy for anyone to jump in and start competing!
As of Feburary 2024, the game is currently in open early Alpha, and can be played here.
The Game
Double Jump is a platformer racing game, where you compete with other players in a Battle Royal style showdown to see who is the best Double Jumper! The controls are simple, and the game is playable in-browser and on mobile.
In a world ravaged by centuries of industrialization and technological advancement gone awry, a mysterious and enigmatic entity known as “The Overseer” rises to power, holding dominion over the last habitable planet. Seeking entertainment and control, The Overseer orchestrates deadly competitions where skilled racers, each representing diverse factions surviving in this dystopian realm, are forced to compete. The prize? Unimaginable wealth and luxury beyond their wildest dreams.
As these daring racers dash through abandoned industrial canyon cities, traverse perilous mountainscapes, and navigate vibrant, plasma-filled terrains, they race not only to break free from The Overseer’s oppressive rule, but to potentially earn passage to an unexplored utopian planet rumored to be the last hope for humanity’s survival.
