Open Campus ID

Open Campus ID acts as a decentralized passport for learners, incorporating decentralized identifiers (DIDs) to create unique educational profiles. This system allows students to control their educational identity, accumulate badges and credentials, and manage their data independently.

Funding and Partnerships

Open Campus has received significant backing from the blockchain and education communities. In November 2023, Binance Labs invested $3.15 million to support the platform’s development and expand its user base. Earlier in May 2023, Open Campus established a $10 million Global Educators Fund in partnership with TinyTap and Animoca Brands. This fund incentivizes educators to create tokenized content, fostering a global network of decentralized educational resources.
