Market Overview
Overall the market remains bullish. The Feds recent 50 point rate cut in September has injected liquidity into risk assets, with another 25 point cut expected this month to add more liquidity. The Fed also anticipates one more 25 point cut in 2024 and a 100 point cut in 2025 leading into 2026, suggesting that 2025 could be very bullish. Currently, I feel extremely bullish about Bitcoin both in the short and long term.
With the US presidential election happening this week, there are two likely scenarios: if Trump wins, the market could rally immediately, if Kamala wins, there might be a temporary dip followed by a rally. Either way the market is likely to trend to the upside as new investments and regulatory actions come into play.
If Trump wins, I’d keep an eye on $COIN and $TSLA stocks for potential buying opportunities.
$TOTAL: Still moving and forming a bullish pattern, with major support in the $2.2-$2.22T area.
$DXY: Currently moving in a bearish pattern but bouncing off a support level which could end up as a retest before a continuation to the downside (at critical point now).
$SPX is still reaching new highs and confirmed a major breakout several weeks ago. It’s currently retesting the support level.
