Overview
Shogun, developed by Intensity Labs, addresses the complexities of the Web3 landscape by providing an integration layer that consolidates multiple blockchains into a unified application layer. This approach simplifies on-chain interactions for both users and developers, eliminating the need to navigate the nuances of individual chains. Shogun introduces optimizations in areas such as Trader Extractable Value (TEV), heterogeneous counterparty discovery, solver guilds, and permissionless burn auctions, enhancing cross-chain communication and performance.

$GUN Token
The $GUN token is the native currency within the Shogun ecosystem, facilitating transactions and potentially offering governance capabilities.
Shogun Oakmont
Shogun Oakmont is a Telegram-based trading bot and the first public-facing product from Shogun and Intensity Labs. Currently in closed beta, it has achieved over $100,000 in trading volume within two weeks of launch. The bot functions as both a wallet and an all-in-one bridge and decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator, allowing users to swap tokens across supported chains, including Solana, Ethereum, Base, and Arbitrum. Key management utilizes passkey technology, ensuring that private keys are tied to users’ Telegram accounts without granting access to the Shogun team. This setup allows users to access their wallets on any device by signing into their Telegram accounts. Future plans include supporting additional chains and introducing a revamped user interface through a Telegram Web App, providing a dedicated trading environment.
Integrations and Chain Support
Shogun aims to integrate with a wide range of ecosystems, chains, and protocols, including:
- AEZ & The Cosmos Hub
- Arbitrum
- Aptos
- Base
- Berachain
- Celestia
- dYdX
- Ethereum
- Injective
- M2 (Movement Labs)
- Neutron
- Optimism
- Solana
- Sui
- and more…
These integrations are designed to enhance Shogun’s cross-chain capabilities, providing users with a comprehensive platform for token swaps across diverse blockchain networks.
Use Cases
Shogun offers several use cases:
-
Deposit into Your App from Anywhere: Users can deposit any token from any supported chain directly into applications integrated with Shogun, streamlining the onboarding process.
-
Interchain Swaps for Any UI: Applications can enable direct swaps between different chains without requiring users to switch networks, enhancing user experience.
-
Deploy Once, Support Everywhere: Developers can deploy applications on the Shogun network and have them settle on various chains, including Solana, EVM, MoveVM, and Cosmos, reducing the need for multiple deployments.
Earning Fees by Integrating
Integrators of Shogun’s services can earn fees by including affiliateFee and affiliateAddress parameters in their integrations. The affiliateFee specifies the percentage of volume to take as a fee, and fees are instantly deposited to the address listed in the affiliateAddress parameter upon transaction execution. This feature is available across Shogun’s SDK, API, and Swap Widget.
Shogun SDK
The Shogun SDK provides developers with tools to integrate interchain and intrachain swaps and DeFi functionalities into their applications. Features include:
-
Maximized Composability: Combine intents with any contract call to create scalable DeFi flows without limits to asset or chain support.
-
No Performance Compromises: High execution speeds designed to deliver a monolithic experience across chains.
-
Comprehensive Ecosystem Support: Integration with Solana, EVM, Ton, MoveVM, and beyond.
-
Complete Transaction Lifecycle: Tools to generate quotes, find optimal routes, and execute transactions from start to finish.
-
Easy Tracking: Order tracking from initiation to completion for full transparency.
-
Flexible Design: Customizable to fit specific needs, including custom RPCs and control over liquidity venues, bridges, or assets enabled.
-
Compatibility: Usable with all major frameworks for application development.
