STEP 1
Go to your DAO website on DAO DAO and click on “+ Propose”.
STEP 2
Give your proposal Title and Description.
DAO DAO descriptions use Markdown format.
Basic syntax for Markdown format you can find here.
STEP 3
Under Actions Library choose “Appearance” on the left side panel and then click on “Update Info” on the right side panel.
STEP 4
In the newly implemented “Update Info” action panel, you can modify the name and description of the DAO.
Additionally, options are available to automate the inclusion of assets into the Treasury:
- Token Automation: Activate this option to ensure that any Tokens/Coins sent to the DAO are automatically shown to the Treasury.;
- NFT Automation: Activate this option to ensure that any NFTs sent to the DAO are automatically shown to the Treasury.
To change the logo of the DAO click on the picture of existing one.
STEP 5
Once clicked on the picture – new table appears.
Here you can choose either to upload new logo using the URL or upload from your computer.
While uploading from the computer – choose your file, click “Open” and wait until the picture fully uploads. Once uploaded, click “Done”
STEP 6
On the bottom of the window you can choose “Preview” and “Publish”.
Preview shows how your entire proposal will look like once it is published. That is very useful when you are using special Markdown formatting and want to see how it will look like once it is published.
Once you are happy with your proposal click “Publish”.
